For example, we have just completed the construction of The Lobby on the Kruiskade, where there will be luxury shops and a hip restaurant with a roof terrace. And we have plans for the construction of the Lumière Tower on the corner of Kruiskade and Lijnbaan.
More than enough to do!
To manage the rental of the homes properly, we are looking for an enterprising personality with commercial drive and hands-on mentality. It is a versatile function that you can shape yourself. In practice, you will have a lot of customer contact and you are continuously looking for opportunities to bind existing and new tenants to us.
Position
The (Junior) Asset Manager Housing works under the direct supervision of the Senior Asset Manager and is also accountable to this person.Attributes and skills

Job description
- Renting out homes and all associated activities;
- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, you are Manhave's calling card;
- Proactively seek and maintain contact with real estate agents, stakeholders, and potential tenants. Ultimately, you recruit enough suitable candidates/tenants;
- Taking care of the entire delivery and all associated work of homes to new and departing tenants;
- Let Manhave's living concept flourish and take it to the right level;
- Placing advertisements and creating your own rental platform;
- Actively participate in developments and innovations;
- Maintain communication with tenants;
- Receiving technical reports and deploying them in consultation with our Technical Manager.
What do we ask of you?
You are assertive, independent and customer-oriented and you have a great sense of responsibility. You also think ahead and have strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
- Affinity and experience with home management;
- Knowledge of AFAS is an advantage;
- No minimum education level required, but HBO working and thinking level is a plus.
Employment conditions
We offer our colleagues varied and challenging work in a professional and pleasant working environment in the centre of Rotterdam. This is a position for 40 hours per week. A competitive salary is offered that depends on age, experience and education. There are 25 days of holiday with a 40-hour employment contract, holiday pay and a non-contributory pension.
