As of March 1, the Manhave team has been strengthened with Pieter Nanninga as Asset Manager Housing. In this role, he is responsible for the management and optimization of the housing portfolio.

Pieter studied Real Estate Management and has previous experience in real estate valuations and management. With his passion for real estate, he now uses his expertise at Manhave!

Close-knit team

Pieter is looking forward to working in a close-knit team, where everyone has their own specialties. “Because the team is small, there is an informal, non-hierarchical atmosphere. That means that you continuously learn from everyone around you. A dynamic and educational environment, in which you are not tied to a fixed set of tasks. That suits me well.” He also sees the process of the Lumière development up close, a project that he would also like to contribute to in the long term.

Residential portfolio

As Asset Manager Housing, Pieter is (jointly) responsible for the management and optimization of Manhave's residential portfolio.

Pieter: "In practice, this means monitoring the (financial) performance of our properties, minimizing vacancies and lease negotiations. In addition, I coordinate maintenance and renovation projects, of course together with the team. I am also there for our residents and help them with questions or support regarding their home at Manhave."
