Akkerman Eye Fashion has been a household name in the Netherlands for more than 40 years. After having been located on the Kruiskade for several years, it was time for an even more luxurious and spacious building. And not to be missed: in the store there is a 'secret' safe full of exclusive (sun)glasses.

Luxurious and spacious interior

In almost four months, the store was renovated by Akkerman into the beautiful store it is today. The store has a beautiful interior with, among other things, an LED screen where you can watch videos of well-known Dutch artists, who also like to visit the store to buy new glasses.

In this super luxurious eyewear store you can of course buy the most beautiful designer glasses that are purchased at the fairs in Paris, Milan and New York. In addition to exclusive brands such as Chanel, Cartier, Tom Ford and Prada, very exclusive custom-made glasses from Cartier are sold in "the Vault", a unique 'secret' safe in the store.

Transaction

We have leased a total of 250 m2 of retail space to Akkerman Eye Fashion at Kruiskade 71-73 in Rotterdam, with the ground floor occupying approximately 170 m2 and the mezzanine approximately 80 m2.

A long-term lease has been agreed for the rental of the new Akkerman store at a competitive rent. During the transaction, Insight Real Estate acted on behalf of Manhave Vastgoed.
