Manhave Vastgoed has sold a multifunctional commercial building of 8,000 m², including an associated parking lot of 2,100 m², at 2 Hoogwerfsingel in Spijkenisse.
It concerns an office complex with various tenants and an ALDI supermarket and bowling alley on the ground floor.
The complex was purchased by the combination: Jongerius Invest, Four-D and Stork Vastgoed. Manhave Vastgoed was advised by Molenaar Bedrijfshuisvesting.
