The Lobby at Kruiskade 64-76 in Rotterdam offers 3,500 square meters of luxury retail and high-quality hospitality in a Triple-A location. Designed by KAAN Architecten, the project combines architectural perfection with a deep appreciation for quality and Rotterdam's rich history.

Luxury Retail and Hospitality

The ground floor of The Lobby hosts exclusive retail spaces complemented by premium hospitality. The nearly 1,000 m2 restaurant forms the heart of the building, with the highlight being the pavilion featuring a 640 m2 rooftop garden. Here, visitors can enjoy a culinary experience of the highest level, surrounded by greenery and stunning views of the city.

1000 m2 Leased

Caesar has leased 1,000 m2 of retail space in the right section of The Lobby. It will showcase luxury brands such as Brunello Cucinelli, Berluti, Stefano Ricci, Zilli, and Zegna. In the left section of The Lobby, a corner unit with mezzanine (410 m2) and an intermediate unit with mezzanine (428 m2) are still available. Discussions are ongoing with various candidates for the hospitality spaces.
